Where do I start? at the beginning Danielle started with her entire plan on how to begin the selling process. We had been in our home for 19 years so things have changed a bit since we bought/sold real estate. She's very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. When your selling your home you need a REALTOR who's going to be very honest on what the current buyers are looking for. She's also very respectful when communicating what needs to be done to make your home ready to sell. She has amazing contacts to get your home ready; painters, inspectors, photographers and stagers, etc Danielle is also very available whenever we had a question or concern. Once our home when live Danielle crushed it! She sold our home in approximately 8 days with backup offers. I would highly recommend Danielle if you choose to sell/buy your home.
We selected Danielle as our REALTOR because she had done a great job marketing a house that received multiple offers down the street. It was not a fluke. When we first met, Danielle demonstrated her excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and provided a thorough marketing plan for our property to get the best possible exposure. She assisted us in setting a sales price that we felt was fair, but not overpriced. She helped us get the home ready for sale, going so far as to personally pick up and deliver flowers and plants, and select a staging company and other contractors to make last-minute improvements prior to our open house.
